Potential auto-services store submits allow overview with metropolis
CORRECTION: As a result of incorrect data offered by town, InMaricopa incorrectly reported the kind of enterprise proposed at 41265 W. Honeycutt Street. The right enterprise is Kerry’s Automobile Care, an automotive service. A city-provided map initially indicated it was Kerry’s Automobile Wash.
An automotive providers enterprise could also be coming to city. Kerry’s Automobile Care has submitted its constructing overview allow for its proposed location at 41265 W. Honeycutt Street, simply east of the intersection of Honeycutt and North Porter roads, in response to metropolis information.
The enterprise is slated to have a 4,500-square-foot constructing on 1.2 acres.
InMaricopa will replace this story because the allow strikes by town’s Planning & Zoning Fee.
