TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Two youngsters in North Carolina have been almost struck by a driver rushing round a stopped faculty bus final week.

Movies launched by Iredell-Statesville Faculties present a college bus stopping on Outdated Mountain Street in Statesville at 6:16 a.m. on March 2.

Two youngsters start to cross the highway when a automotive speeds towards them and swerves round them.

Authorities mentioned the two-lane highway is marked as no passing. The motive force illegally handed the bus on the left.

Authorities mentioned the motive force, Joshua Graham Padgett Jr., 35, was arrested early Saturday. He was charged with passing a stopped faculty bus, driving with a revoked license, reckless driving, and improper passing.
